He is the Founder as well as Managing Partner of the firm. He became member of ICAI in 1984. He has been awarded as “The best Chartered Accountant of Ujjain” twice. He is also awarded as the only Chartered Account from Ujjain in the Chartered Accountant’s of Central India Luminaries event conducted by Dainik Bhaskar. He has been a part of the organizational committee of Simhastha 2004 & 2016. He started his career with the Project Financing of then major power loom factories. He was a category four merchant banker and has hence handled four Public Issues. He was also member of FICCI, RDVV, AIMA, IMA and Board Member of Central India Chamber’s of Commerce & Industries, Ujjain. He has been speaker on Financial Budget Analysis and GST in print media for many years consecutively. He is one of the founder members of Lion’s Club, Ujjain Holycity as well. He has helped many bankrupt businesses to set up again and function again across India. His expertise spreads wide in innumerable sector being Finance Sector, Audit, Law, Taxation, Business Valuation & Due diligence and Management Advisory and is mainly acknowledged for his capability to maintain relations with every client for long.

He is a member of ICAI since 1995 and one of Senior Partner of the Firm. Before joining the professional practice, he served top national enterprises and was part of their top management team and was the head of 3 departments’ viz., accounting, financing and banking simultaneously. After rich experience of industry for over a decade, he engaged in professional practice and has experience of more than 2 decades in professional practice. He has helped many organizations to set up business and in many managerial/ tax related decisions. He holds good grip over Indian taxation and corporate law. He has expertise in taxation department (mainly preparation of litigation matters and presentation before various authorities), Audit & Assurance Department (Banks, Insurance, PSUs, Public & Private Companies).

He is a member of ICAI since 1970 and has joined the firm in the year 2002. Before joining the professional practice, he served at Senior Executive/ Managerial post of top national enterprises. After rich experience of industry for over three decades, he engaged in professional practice and he has experience of more than a decade in professional practice. He has vast knowledge and thorough understanding of Indian Company Law and Indian Taxation system. He has expertise in Audits, Taxation Matters and mainly supervisor of the firm’s affairs.

He is a member of ICAI since 2002 and has joined the firm in the year 2003. He is expertise in providing services in the field of Audit & Assurance (mainly of commodity business, derivatives and share trading entities), Taxation, Finance (Treasury & Investment) and Advisory on the Finance related matters.

She is a member of ICAI since 1996 and has joined the firm in the year 2003. She is expertise in providing services in the field of Audit & Assurance (Corporate), Taxation and Advisory and is mainly indulged in training articles for the best.

She is a member of ICAI since 2002 and joined the firm since 2003. Her area of expertise is in Audit & Assurance(mainly in Banks & companies), Taxation matters (TDS) and is mainly known for her teaching and seminar skills with assistant articles on various topics.

She is a member of ICAI since 2006. Before joining firm she has been assistant professor in many Government Colleges. She is presently holding the position of Vice Chahas been chairman of CICASA, conducted budget seminars with chamber of Commerce, Ujjain & Tax Practitioners Association, Ujjain. She has been speaker in quite a few seminars of ICAI, Ujjain Branch and also a co-writer of “Indian Law Digest”, with articles on Labour Law published by Pariksha Prakashan, Ujjain. She is also the head of Research & Development Dept. of the firm. Her area of expertise is mainly in Audit, Taxation.

He is member of ICAI since 2010 and joined firm in 2012. He mainly looks after the Audits allotted by CAG & other Government Departments as well Government Schemes(health related and education) . His expertise is mainly in the field of Audit & Assurance, Taxation & Company Law related matters.

She has joined us as a Partner in 2013. She is instrumental in setting up the Mumbai branch and responsible for engaging clients on Advisory & Compliance of GST & Direct Tax and Audit & Assurance.
With a career span of over a decade, commencing with one of the Big
Fours and various MNCs primary focus has been Service Tax, VAT, Direct Taxation, Audit & Assurance and Risk Advisory. She has extensive experience in structuring and presenting cases before IT authorities and Service Tax Audits. In the domain of Audit & Compliance, her exposures include, Due Diligence, IPO, DRHP, Concurrent & Statutory Audit of listed companies and Corporate Governance.

He is member of ICAI since 2014 and joined firm in 2015. His expertise is mainly in the field of Audit & Assurance.

She is member of ICAI since 2017 and joined firm in 2017. Presently handling the IPO department under guidance of Mr. V. K. Ladha. Her expertise is mainly in the field of Audit & Assurance (Companies & Banks), preparation of taxation related litigations and filing of various forms for International Transactions, conducting seminars on various topics internally.
